We ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post or UPS. Please allow 4-7 days for standard shipping for items in stock.  Personalized items will take longer.  In general, please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery of your order.  All orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment receipt.  All sales are final with the exception of damaged goods, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.  Freight, handling and insurance charges will be added to the order.  UPS Next-day and 2nd-day air shipments are available upon customer request as long as order is placed before 12 PM Central time for same day shipping, please email babyzown@sasktel.net.  Priority delivery is not available on personalized clothing and personalized gifts.  babyzown.com will not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay or damage caused by freight handling.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is Non-refundable.   We also reserve the right to modify shipment cut-off times and to select alternate carriers.  We ship only to US and Canada addresses at this time.  Shipping is now available to Australia for item #'s beginning with 000.  To clarify, please email first, before ordering.  No other international orders will be accepted.
